Using deceptive and/or misleading sales practices. The buyer may drive off the lot with a newly purchased car only to be called back several days later and told financing could not be arranged for the original terms and the buyer is asked to sign up new papers at less beneficial terms;

Pushing some unnecessary services and add-on fees with the sole intention only to increase a car's price and, consequently, the dealer's profit;

Giving higher interest loans to minority customers compared to the rest of customers with the same credit worthiness;

Requiring long-term loans and excessive interest rates that ensure the car buyer will owe more than the vehicle is actually worth for years after the purchase.

The 2009 GT-R is the sixth generation of Nissan's flagship sports car. It is the first to come from a "clean slate" design -- all the others were based on Japanese-market Skyline models -- and the first to be globally marketed.
